"I don't want to grow up, I don't want to go to school". Wasn't there a song like that? Well, I am all grown
up and I have gone to school but I still feel like a kid. Most adults have kids and can vicariously indulge in their
childhood fantasies through them. But what about us single, childless adults? My dream vacation is still Disney
World, I love going to animated films, I am nuts about video and PC games, and I have developed a passion for the cartoon
dollz seen on many web sites. I would love to take tap dancing lessons again, and learn Irish Step dancing and even
go back to jazz and classical ballet classes, but how silly would I look at 52 years old with all the young, "in shape" kiddies?
So, what's a girl to do? Well, this seemed like a possibility. Why not have a web page on fun stuff?
Indulge in my dreams of younger times and find out what "youngsters" of my age can still partake in without looking too silly.
The advantage of doing these activities now is that I don't have to ask for my parents permission. Well..........not
really........my mom who is 82 years old still frowns on some of the things I get involved in. I have no idea what will
appear on these pages. I definitely will have something on Disney though, and maybe some PC games and maybe dancing
and maybe, maybe, maybe....................
UPDATE JULY, 2010
